What we offer

Advice

We help you to strengthen your organisation’s values and implement them through good corporate governance. To do this, we give you strategic advice and demonstrate the results of effective corporate compliance in your organisation. We work with you to determine your goals, analyse your compliance risks and your procedures, and implement or develop an individual, detailed compliance management system in your organisation.

We equip you for conducting professional internal investigations of compliance breaches and cases of discrimination, by providing advice on how to establish or improve the necessary procedures. We also help you to avoid discrimination and sexual harassment by implementing preventive measures.

Training

We develop training schemes for all aspects of corporate compliance and for internal investigations of compliance breaches or cases of discrimination or sexual harassment. We train directors and members of supervisory boards as well as employees of your organisation.

Qualifications

We train active and future management and supervisory board members for their mandates.

Interim management

We temporarily assume the management, monitoring supervision and development of corporate compliance in your organisation.

Pro Bono

From time to time, we assist selected non-profit and value-driven organisations on corporate governance and corporate compliance on a pro bono basis.

Execution

We conduct internal investigations of compliance breaches and cases of discrimination on behalf of organisations.
