Dr. Laurenz Uhl
Dr. Laurenz Uhl specialises in corporate compliance, corporate governance and internal investigations. He provides, inter alia, for specialised knowledge in the prevention, investigation and processing of discrimination incidents in the workplace. He also acts as an external ombudsperson for national and international companies.
Dr. Uhl has more than 25 years of legal experience in national and international advisory and transactional business. This is, in particular, based on his more than 17 years as an attorney in the leading international law firm Linklaters LLP, 10 years of which as a partner in the firm.
Dr. Laurenz Uhl is admitted to the bar in Switzerland and to the bar in Germany and advises on Swiss and German law.
His advice is goal- and solution-oriented, precise, with integrity and tailored to the individual needs of his clients. This and his many years of international experience make his advice efficient and sustainable. Dr. Uhl is considered “dedicated and service-oriented” and “very efficient and to the point” (Chambers Europe 2015), “pragmatic and responsive” as well as “client-oriented, ready to work around the clock, very experienced, pragmatic, fair, efficient, proactive” (JUVE Handbook 2015/2016). In addition, Dr. Laurenz Uhl advises companies and organisations on the establishment and extention of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace. As the person responsible for the D,E &I strategy and its implementation in the four German offices of Linklaters LLP from 2014 to 2016, he has practical experience in strategic planning as well as the implementation of DEI measures in organisations.

Dr. Rita Pikó
Dr. Rita Pikó provides solution-oriented, efficiently implementable advice to our clients. As a proven expert with over 25 years of practical experience in corporate governance, corporate compliance and related internal investigations, she finds effective solutions for our clients. Dr. Pikó also acts as an ombudsperson for national and international organisations.
Dr. Rita Pikó advises on both Swiss and German law. She is admitted to the bar in Switzerland and Germany.
She is a member of the Compliance Committee of the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) since 1 March 2022. The SNSF promotes research in all scientific disciplines on behalf of the federal government. The SNSF’s Compliance Committee systematically assesses the legality and appropriateness of funding decisions and the compliance organisation in a risk-oriented manner and makes recommendations for improvement. Further Dr. Pikó co-leads the Working Group “Integrity” at DICO, the German Institute for Compliance.
In addition to her work as a lawyer, Dr. Rita Pikó regularly lectures on compliance and internal investigations at various universities, e.g. the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) and the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
Since 2010, she has been a permanent speaker at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management’s Excellence Programme for Supervisory Boards. Within this framework, she has had the privilege of training more than 500 active and future supervisory board members. From 2017 to 2020, she was a lecturer in compliance and director of studies for the CAS Compliance Investigator at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW).
